Return Policy

Information about returns and refunds for items purchased from us.

Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition with packaging where applicable. Some handcrafted or custom items may have a shorter return window or be non-returnable; we will inform you at the time of order.

Return Conditions

Items must be in resalable condition: unused, undamaged, and with original tags or packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a restocking fee where stated.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit until we receive them.

Return Process

Contact us via the Contact page to request a return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions for packaging and shipping. Send the item to the address we give you. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process your refund as described in the Refund Procedure section.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised items, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer, are generally not returnable. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods may also be non-returnable. We will specify when an item is non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Timeline

We process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank or card processing may take additional time to appear on your statement. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. and state consumer laws. Your statutory rights are not affected. Some states may provide additional return or refund rights; where required, we comply with those laws.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped at no charge. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may return the item in accordance with this Return Policy after delivery.

Refund Procedure
